With over 20 years of experience, our Executive Chef, Mr Do Minh, brings that wealth of knowledge through his experiences to bridge and infuse the taste and spices from around the world with a traditional Vietnamese street food blend.

TRADITION OF FRESH INGREDIENTS

Being born and raised in Vietnam, Do Minh has always been surrounded by exquisite flavours obtained using fresh ingredients. Spending a large part of his adult life exploring all of Vietnam and understanding that street food dishes in the south and south-central are sweeter than in other regions, while in the north and north-central, they are saltier and spicier. This knowledge has been infused into every dish he creates and Huong Viet Restaurant.

A PHO MASTER CHEF

Having been trained and educated by Asian Association in Europe, Do Minh became the top chef at Panda Prague, where he mastered his style of cooking and became instrumental in building up “Pho” incorporation in Slovakia; resulting in a Forbes nomination in 2019
